Shipping Policy

All goods are shipped by reputed couriers (Shree Maruti, Delhivery and with Speed Post for remote locations). Shipping requires 48 hours (Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours). Another 1-3 days are required for delivery, depending on the location. Bulky and/or hazardous products which are shipped by surface (Spoton cargo service) require 3-5 days for delivery post shipping, depending on the location.

To dispatch a product, we require a complete address with a phone number.We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O. Box addresses.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders:

A charge of Rs.70 is levied if COD is opted for payment.

COD is available for more than 18,000 + pin codes. If COD cannot be availed at a certain pin code, it will be communicated from our end.

Delivery:

Our system determines which carrier is most effective for your delivery. This decision is based upon several factors including product ordered and delivery address. All orders can be tracked when in transit. The confirmation e-mail will contain tracking and shipping information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to
us at brustro@creativehands.in . In such cases, the cancellation shall be processed within
24-48 business hours. It might take additional 3-7 business days to get refund amount
credited back to the account.
