At Brustro, we aim to deliver quality art supplies with care and precision. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

You can request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Important: Items from the “Paper, Books & Boards” category and the Clearance section are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Issue details

A video of the package being unboxed and an image clearly showing the issue (mandatory)

Return Pickups & Inspection

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 3–4 business days.

The returned item must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll notify you about the status of your return or refund.

Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will collect your bank or UPI details, and the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements only for products that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. Kindly follow the same process to raise a replacement request.

Shipping Costs & Non-Refundables

Return shipping is free only if the product is faulty or wrongly delivered.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns.

Gift cards and stock clearance (final sale) items are not eligible for return or refund.
