At Brustro, we want every order to bring you joy. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it promptly.

Eligibility

You can request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Note: Items under Paper, Books & Boards and Clearance Sale are not eligible for return unless received damaged.


How to Request a Return/Refund

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Delivery address
  • Issue details
  • Unboxing video and clear images of the issue (mandatory)

Return Pickup & Inspection

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days of approval.
  • Items must be securely packed for transit.
  • Once inspected, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Your bank/UPI/card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
  • For COD orders, our team will collect bank/UPI details, and refunds will follow the same timeframe.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to all current and future orders.
