Replacement Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Our replacement policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. Any product returned, should be in the same condition as it was received with original packaging.




We require up to 48 hours to ship your order (90% of the orders will be shipped within 24
hours) and another 2-5 days are required for transit depending on the location. Bulky and
hazardous products cannot be shipped by air and will be sent by surface which includes but
not restricted to aerosol products, canvas rolls, liquids, etc and will have a transit time of 1-6
days depending on the location.


We offer free shipping within India for any order worth ₹ 499 and above. For orders below
₹ 499 a standard shipping charge is applicable and is displayed during checkout. We do not
ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email /sms notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to
