Replacement Policy
- Valid within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Approved replacements are dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Clearance items and gift cards.
- Shipping charges for voluntary returns (if applicable).
Replacement for Non-Damaged Items
· If a customer wishes to replace a product that is not damaged or defective, such as an item ordered by mistake or a wrong selection, replacements will only be processed if the customer agrees to bear the courier/shipping charges for returning the product to us.
· Once the returned product is received, we will arrange the replacement of a product of their choice. (Replacement will only be arranged from our end if we receive the product back in its Mint condition.)
· Any price difference between the originally purchased item and the replacement item will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer via WhatsApp.
· Payment for any price difference must be completed before we dispatch the replacement from our end
